This quirky table lamp is created by combining a hand-made bone china base and a free-blown glass Bobo shade. Choose from our twenty-two glass and ten bespoke ceramic colours to create your very own version.
Taking inspiration from Aztec and Mayan graphic fabric patterns these table lamps combine softened geometric shapes with a 1950’s colour palette. All the glass shades are blown in the UK and the bases are slipcast in Curiousa’s in-house ceramic studio.
All ceramic elements are hand-made by founder, Esther Patterson. These pieces are fired just once, nearly halving the energy required to make each light piece, reflecting Curiousa’s commitment to sustainability without compromising on quality.

FREE-BLOWN
All our glass is free-blown, without the use of moulds, using just the skill of hand and eye to guide each shape and, as we use recycled glass, there may be small bubbles, makers marks or swirls – but we believe these differences should be celebrated and cherished.
HAND-MADE
All the ceramic pieces are made in-house by Curiousa. As each piece is hand-made, their may be slight variations in shape, colour, and finish.
DELIVERY LEAD TIMES
Once purchased, we will need to hand-make and assemble the lights to your specification. We aim to dispatch your order within 8-10 weeks. Your delivery date will be confirmed by a member of our production team once your order is processed.
