Our client wanted us to create a vibrant hand-blown glass light piece cascading the full three floors of their stairwell. The void was long and narrow and the ceiling above the void wasn’t on one plain. A solution was found and it was agreed that we would hang twenty shades from a double bar suspended from one point on the ceiling.
We worked with the client to select colours for this piece that complemented the artwork already in the space. The colours chosen were Yellow Ochre, Emerald, Sky Blue, Teal, Citron, Slate Grey and Aubergine in a mixture of sizes and shapes from our Classic Pendant range, with the suspension bar finished in Brushed Stainless Steel.
Many of our glass pendants can be specified for a chandelier of this style. This chandelier can be commissioned to any size and number of drops with a choice of 22 colours and various flex and fitting finishes.
