This quirky table lamp is created by combining a hand-made bone china base and a free-blown glass Bowl shade.

Taking inspiration from Aztec and Mayan graphic fabric patterns these table lamps combine softened geometric shapes with a 1950’s colour palette. All the glass shades are blown in the UK and the bases are slipcast in Curiousa’s in-house ceramic studio.
All ceramic elements are hand-made by founder, Esther Patterson. These pieces are fired just once, nearly halving the energy required to make each light piece, reflecting Curiousa’s commitment to sustainability without compromising on quality.
